How many posts per month will I receive?

We will send you between 4 and 12 social media posts and between 4 and 8 stories per month depending on your package.

When do I get to review my posts?

We’ll send over your first batch of posts within 8 days after onboarding is complete. After the first month, we’ll send you a new batch of posts to review at the beginning of your subscription every month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription all you need to do is email us. We’ll ask you to fill out a quick form and that’s all there is to it, your subscription is cancelled.

Do you need my login info?

No, we do not need your login information. Since we don’t post on behalf of our clients, access to your account isn’t necessary for most of our services. However, if you opt for our Premium Package, where we do post on your behalf, we would require editor access to your social media accounts. This can be granted to us without sharing your admin login details. Editor access allows us to manage and post content without needing full administrative control, ensuring your account remains secure and your privacy is maintained.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

We don’t offer refunds or money back simply because we spend a lot of time researching your business and creating your posts. But you can cancel your subscription any time.

How much info do you need to get started?

The minimum details we need are your logo and the link to your website. Additional information is definitely welcome, but we’ve worked with dozens of clients who simply don’t have the time to provide us with additional info…which is fine! Don’t worry, we’re experienced in creating awesome posts with not a lot of info from your end.

What do I have to do?

You just have to review the posts we send for approval once a month, which can be done in as little as 5 minutes!

Who will be creating my posts?

We have a dedicated team of social media managers who will create the posts for you!

Do I get to review the posts?

Yes! We’ll send over a new batch of posts each month for you to review.

Is the content generic?

Not at all! Your account manager will make it their mission to know your business and industry inside out to make sure we can create content specific to your niche.

Website

Do you provide me with hosting and a domain name?

We provide hosting and domain name services as part of our Advanced and Premium packages. If you choose one of these packages, we’ll take care of your hosting and domain needs. However, if you already have hosting and a domain name in place, or if you’re opting for a different package, we’re more than happy to work with your existing setup.

Do I get to choose a specific design?

We will create your website based on a premium template. If you would prefer a custom-made design, then just contact us to find out more.

Can I choose colour themes/fonts?

Your input is very welcome on any aspects of the design of your website. Share the aspects that are important to you and our design team will endeavour to accommodate your preferences. However, please note that we have many years of experience in website design and would strongly recommend that you endorse our suggestions for the best possible finished product.

Is my content optimised for higher rankings?

Yes, all your content will be SEO optimised to rank on the right keywords and chains of keywords that are beneficial to your business.

What if I want to make regular changes or updates to my website?

If you need or want regular updates or changes on your website, please contact us and we will tailor a monthly or yearly maintenance package for you.

Will you be in charge of my branding?

No. Working on your branding is not included in your package. If you need specific branding services, please let us know.

Can you revise an existing website or do you design from scratch?

We can do both. Let’s discuss your needs to provide you with the best solution. 

What type of information do I need to provide?

We just need to carry out an initial briefing session to better understand your business and your industry. Then we’ll take it from here.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at the end of your billing period by sending us an email. We’ll ask you to fill out a quick form and that’s all there is to it, your subscription is canceled.

How many blogs per month will I receive?

We will send you from 1 to 4 blog posts per month depending on your package.

When do I get to review my blog?

We’ll send over your first batch of blogs within 10 open days after your onboarding is complete. After the first month, we’ll send you a new batch of blog posts to review at the beginning of your subscription each and every month.

How long are the blog posts?

We will write blogs between 450 and 1050 words depending on your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by sending us an email. We’ll ask you to fill out a quick form and that’s all there is to it, your subscription is canceled.

We don’t offer refunds or money back simply because we spend a lot of time researching your business and creating your articles. 

How much info do you need to get started?

We only need your company’s story to understand your business. Additional information is definitely very welcome, but we’ve worked with dozens of clients who simply don’t have the time to provide us with additional info…which is fine! Don’t worry, we’re very experienced in creating awesome blogs with very little info from your end.

Can I choose different platforms for social media content under this package?

Absolutely. Depending on the sub-package you choose, you can select content creation for different social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc. Our team will tailor the content to suit the unique format and audience of each platform.

What if I need revisions to the content provided?

We include a set number of revision rounds in each sub-package to ensure your complete satisfaction with the content. The number of revisions varies from one round in the Basic package to multiple rounds in the Premium package.
